2. Purpose
These terms apply to every order placed on the Card4ever website or app for a Basic, Premium or Pro plan. Using the service is also subject to the terms of use and the privacy policy
3. Plans and prices
The plans, their content and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed in Tunisian dinars (DT) or in euros (€) depending on the country selected, and the price applicable to an order is the one shown when it is placed
4. Order
An order is placed by choosing a plan and billing period, then providing the delivery information. The order is registered once the form is submitted, and it is confirmed after validation of the payment
5. Payment
The payment methods available are shown when ordering. Cash payment is available on confirmation, and online payment methods are added as they become available. A plan is activated once its payment is validated
6. Billing period and renewal
The plan is paid either annually or monthly, as chosen when ordering. Annual payment includes two months free compared with monthly payment
7. Delivery of the physical card
The Premium and Pro plans include a physical PVC card. It is delivered to the address provided when ordering, in Tunisia or in France. The delivery times are given when ordering and depend on manufacturing and on the destination country
8. Right of withdrawal
A consumer residing in the European Union has 14 days from receiving the goods or from the order of the service to withdraw without giving a reason. This right does not apply to personalized goods such as the physical card, nor to digital content whose supply has started with the consumer’s agreement. To withdraw, write to us at the contact address. For consumers in Tunisia, the legal provisions in force locally apply
9. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and by the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by the law of the consumer’s country. A defective card is replaced or refunded according to those provisions
10. Liability
Card4ever makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The user remains responsible for the information and links published on their card
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence
